I am a foreign company trying to enter Singapore. What do I need to get started?
Prior to establishing a local company in Singapore, a crucial step is appointing a local company director. As per the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) guidelines, the director should be a Singapore citizen, a Singapore permanent resident, or hold an EntrePass or employment pass (EP). Additionally, they are required to be a local resident in Singapore.
