Singapore CA Qualification
Launched in June 2013, the Singapore Qualification Programme (Singapore QP) provides a pathway for the training, qualification and recognition of those aspiring to become Chartered Accountants of Singapore. With effect from 1 January 2017, the Singapore Qualification Programme has been renamed as the Singapore CA Qualification. This change reflects the need for the qualification to be better aligned with the Chartered Accountant of Singapore or CA (Singapore).
The Chartered Accountant of Singapore is a recognised mark of excellence across all aspects of business – one that plays an important role in supporting the development of Singapore’s economy.
Entrust Public Accounting Corporation is an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) that has been certified by the Singapore Accountancy Commission (SAC) to possess the appropriate standards of staff training, accountancy resources and development for Singapore QP Candidates to fulfil their Practical Experience.
We provide training and development opportunities for Singapore QP Candidates to hone their competences and gain valuable experience in a professional environment. We welcome interested candidates to join our organization!

ACCA – Approved Employer Programme
Entrust Public Accounting Corporation is an ACCA Approved Employer (Gold) award holder. We provide 3 different streams for our employees. They are as follows:
- Trainee Development (TD)
This stream recognises the existing in-house training and experience of the employer. It simplifies the ACCA application for employees as they may be exempt from having to detail training records. Exemptions are at the employer’s discretion.
- Professional Development (PD)
This stream supports the continuing professional development (CPD) of ACCA members. ACCA members are exempt from having to follow ACCA’s CPD unit route. This is due to the high quality support that their employer provides to ensure that their knowledge and skills stay up-to-date.
- Practising Certificate Development (PCD)
This stream enables the organisation to train ACCA members for practising certificates, (which are mainly relevant to accountancy practises). Under the terms of ACCA’s Global Practising Regulations, it’s mandatory for ACCA members to hold an appropriate practising certificate in order to carry out public practice work, or be a partner or director of a firm which undertakes public practice.
